Armour plate is very durable PVC (poly vinyl chloride) plate. It is a lightweight yet rigid board of moderately expanded closed-cell polyvinyl chloride sheet and it has a low gloss matte finish. It has an exceptional balance between weight and rigidness, which makes it ideal for making body armor and props or weapons.
Sintra can easily be formed into just about any shape imaginable by heating with a heat gun, yet it has a superior dent and scratch resistance.
The plates can be cut with a fretsaw, for the 2 mm sheet you could also use a utility knife (Stanley knife).
You can easily paint the armour plate.
